Union Berlin has tied another top performer. attacker Kevin Behrens has extended his contract with the Bundesliga soccer club beyond this season, as the club announced on Sunday.
“Both the coach and the team make me feel important to the team, so I didn’t have to think long about my extension. I want to continue on the path with Union and I am convinced that we still have a lot ahead of us,” said the 32-year-old Behrens according to the announcement.

Born in Bremen, he has been playing for the Irons since summer 2021. In the past few weeks, he has scored goals to win in Bremen and against Wolfsburg in the DFB Cup.
