Only vaccinated people in the “bubble” or permanent quarantine
Anyone who is smuggled into the “bubble” must either be fully vaccinated or be quarantined for 21 days immediately after landing. Within the “bubble” everyone is tested daily, a mask is required anytime and anywhere. The “Bubble” will remain closed until well after the Paralympics (March 4th to 13th), but at least until the end of March / beginning of April.
Beijing has a zero tolerance policy on Covid-19. Recently, a number of large cities were completely cordoned off and given a strict lockdown. Even shopping for food is allowed a maximum of every two days.
