Through my work I follow the ‘work-life balance’ course. The first day of class is about stress. What it is, what costs you energy and what gives you energy. Everyone indicates that they regularly experience stress from apps and emails. Tip from the coach: only check a few times a day and turn off your phone on time.
On day two we will work with assignments and meditation. That day started a little later. The coach had informed us of this via the app. At 1:44 a.m.
