A water pipe burst this morning at the intersection between Van Ghentlaan and Diependaalselaan. The street is full of water and it is expected that the residents of Hilversum will suffer from the nuisance for a while. The Diependaalselaan will be broken up today to repair the water pipe.
The outage was reported at 6:30 am this morning. Local residents may experience low pressure on their water pipes, brown water or no water at all. In addition, the local residents and many other Hilversum residents may experience traffic nuisance during the work. Especially with the large roundabout a few meters away.
At the moment it is expected that the water pipe will be repaired at 11.30 am.
