Street art adorns the facade of the Kubox event hall in Kuurne

Last December, Treepack already made creative interventions along the black Ezelgem route, under the name ‘Tour Surprise’. The design by artist Sam Billen now also has to decorate the starting point of the Ezelgem routes on the Kubox.

More art in the streets

Kuurne is fully committed to art in the streets during this legislature. Last year, the facade of the swimming pool already got a facelift with a graffiti artwork by David German. “The pool facade and Tour Suprise showed that people can taste art in public space,” said Mayor Francis Benoit.

At the beginning of May, the facade of the Kubox must therefore have a color.
