Finally slated for December 21 this year, it will be titled ‘I Wanne Dance With Somebody’ and ‘Star Wars’ actress Naomi Ackie will bring Houston back to life. But the first biopic will not be, because Netflix just launched the coming of Age drama ‘Beauty’. There is no mention of ‘Whitney’ or ‘Houston’, but a blind person can see that it concerns ‘Mrs 200 million copies’. She is talking about the years before she broke through. ‘Beauty’ is about a young singer with an exceptional talent, who has to hide the love affair with her best friend because a single woman is better in the market. The lead role is played by the young Gracie Marie Bradley, Sharon Stone is her ruthless label boss.
