The three singers only suffered minor injuries but had to cancel several performances.
Stray Kids members Lee Know, Hyunjin and Seungmin got into a car accident on Wednesday (September 20). The accident happened on the way back to her dorm, according to her label “JYP Entertainment”. The singers suffered “mild muscle pain and hematomas” but were otherwise fine.
Nevertheless, after an extensive examination, the hospital recommended that the musicians rest for a while. Accordingly, Lee Know and Hyunjin canceled their appearance at Milan Fashion Week and Seungmin will not do a live stream for his fans on his birthday on Friday (September 22nd).
Stray Kids also had to cancel their upcoming performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York on Saturday (September 23rd). Instead, members Bang Chan, Changbin and Han will perform with their hip-hop trio 3Racha under the names CB97, SpearB and J.One.
“JYP places the highest value on the health of its artists and will provide them with everything they need to support their recovery,” the label’s official statement continues.
