Storm warning from the goalposts – Nuoret Leijonat unstoppable in the World Cup general

Finland’s World Cup general was successful.

Nuoret Leijonat won their practice match before the World Cup. Finland’s under-twenties beat the Czech Republic 4–1.

The figure of the match had been diligently swinging the net in the SM league as well Jani Nyman. Known for his heavy shot, Nyman hit twice, in the opening set and in the second 20 minutes. Both of Nyman’s goals were scored with the upper hand.

The World Cup tournament starts on Boxing Day in Gothenburg. Finland immediately faces Canada in its opening game.
