The KNMI has declared code orange in Noord-Holland, Friesland and the wadden region for Monday and code yellow for the rest of the Netherlands due to storm Corrie. In the northwest of the country, (very) heavy wind gusts of 90-110 kilometers per hour are forecast. Above the IJsselmeer even up to about 120 kilometers per hour. The ANWB advises road users not to take to the road on Mondays if this is not necessary.
