Stolen van intercepted across French border

Yesterday, the West Coast Police received a report of a stolen van with a German license plate that was driving in the direction of France. With an anonymous vehicle, the police waited for the stolen van on the E40 motorway in Adinkerke.

The agents followed the stolen car to the French border. In the meantime, they were in direct contact with their French colleagues who could wait for the stolen vehicle on the other side of the border.

Finally, the French police were able to intercept the stolen vehicle, thanks to international cooperation with the local West Coast police.
