Actress Stephanie Stumph (37) says she met her partner in the emergency room.
“On the last day of shooting for “Der Alte” I broke my ring finger, had to go to the hospital and met a man who I already knew in the emergency room: It’s him!” said the TV actress (“Stubbe – From case to case”) the magazine “Bunte”.
Her friend is a surgeon in Munich and has operated on her finger. “After the surgery I went home and informed my friends and family that they could send out the wedding invitations. That sounds cheesy, but that’s exactly how it was,” said Stumph, who lives in Dresden.
The couple is currently expecting their first child together. It was “an absolute dream child”. It is still unclear whether there will be a wedding after the birth: “I don’t need it in writing that we are a family. Anyone who knows me knows that I am suspicious of contracts. However, I also like to celebrate and love buffets – so let’s see.”
