Harri Heliövaara is hunting for his second tournament win of the season in doubles.

Emil Ruusuvuoren his tennis career at the Stockholm Open ended in the semifinals Stefanos Tsitsipas as an opponent. The fifth in the world ranking beat the Finn directly in two sets, 6–2, 6–2. Ruusuvuori lost a pass a total of five times during the match.
Instead Harri Heliövaara and Lloyd Glasspool already took their seventh final place of the season in doubles in Stockholm. The pair defeated in the semi-finals Maxime Cressyn and Albano Olivetti 7–5, 6–3.
– There was a cool feeling and atmosphere in the center field, a wonderful number of Finns had come to cheer. There were both good and bad things in the match, but luckily there were a lot more good things. We showed that we are not easily knocked down mentally. We kept our energy up and performed what we know best, commented Heliövaara in the press release of the Finnish Tennis Association.
The final will be played on Sunday from 14:00. Opposite are the first ranked Jean-Julien Rojer and Marcelo Arevalo. Heliövaara and Glasspool have welcomed them in February. Then the result was a narrow loss in two sets.
Heliövaara’s winning percentage is not very good this year in the finals. Out of the six final matches, there is only one tournament victory.
