Minister Kuipers (Public Health) wants to prevent a new closure of schools at all times in the event of a new corona outbreak. Should schools stay open anyway?

In a new corona wave, shops, theaters, schools and other institutions are prepared to hang up splash screens, to introduce walking routes and to have visitors keep 1.5 meters away from each other. They are also willing to work by appointment and to reintroduce fixed seating.
