State lottery looking for winner 12.8 million euros | Inland

The winning state lottery ticket with lot number FV 74622 was sold in Primera Sandra in Bleiswijk. The price fell on March 10. “Usually physical lottery tickets are bought by people who live near the point of sale. That is why we would like to ask everyone in Bleiswijk and the surrounding area to look for that winning ticket with number FV 74622 at home one more time,” said a spokesperson for the Dutch Lottery, of which the Staatsloterij is part.

According to the Dutch Lottery, it happens every year that people do not cash in their winning state lottery ticket. This always concerns lottery tickets that have been bought in the store. State lottery winners remain anonymous. “That also makes it a difficult search. We only know that the winning ticket was bought from Primera Sandra in Bleiswijk, but not by whom”, according to the Dutch Lottery. To redeem the prize, the winner must report to the head office of the Dutch Lottery with the state lottery ticket.

‘It is incomprehensible’

Sylvia, who works at Primera Sandra in Bleiswijk, says in conversation with De Telegraaf: „Of course you sometimes think about it, what you would do if you win the lottery, ‘perhaps a new car?’, but then you still have 12 million about. It is incomprehensible.”

The sales employee does not expect that the winner will report to the relevant store: “Whoever has the winning ticket will also know that we do not have that money here, he will have to contact the State Lottery. But, should the winner come by here, we will have a chair ready for you to relax on.”

It has been known since the draw that the winning ticket was sold in Bleiswijk: „We heard the next morning that it was the case. From that moment on it is exciting every time someone comes in with a lottery ticket. Then you think ‘would it?’. But no, not yet.”

Who will have the winning ticket remains to be seen. Yet Sylvia does have a wish: “We hope it ends up well, and not that it ends up with someone in the old paper. That would be a shame.”
