According to a media report, Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku admitted in an interview with coach Thomas Tuchel that his controversial television interview in Italy (Read more about this here) was a mistake.
As the TV broadcaster Sky Sports reported on Tuesday, the Belgian international will not leave Chelsea in the two transfer windows this winter or summer. The club from the English Premiere League has not yet commented on the conversation between the top striker and the German coach that took place on Monday, according to the media.
In the interview with the Italian branch of Sky Sports, which was recorded a few weeks ago but first aired last Thursday, Lukaku said he was dissatisfied with his role at the club and would like to return to Inter Milan in the near future. The 28-year-old had complained about too little time and indirectly criticized Tuchel.
