Star chef Stéphane Buyens himself announces his loss of one star in the Michelin guide | The Panne

“We know we have written a story, an institution of charm, elegance and tradition. We know what we can do and what we can’t,” Buyens writes on his Facebook page. “Today we have been wearing our stars for 38 years, of which 18 years two stars. Let us now write a great story as a team with a beautiful star from Michelin and a nice 16.5 from Gault Millau.”
