On a bicycle path along the A28 near Staphorst, 25 of the more than 50 placed flags have been stolen in the past two weeks, says Klaas Mulder. Only the posts to which they are attached are left behind. Mulder is part of the action group that is responsible for placing the flags and for him he has had enough.
