After 25 years at the Pay TV broadcaster “Sky”, the Bundesliga conference on Saturday from the coming season will be shown for the first time at “DAZN”. The streaming service has now presented the first details of its transmission strategy. After that, the Saturday afternoon conference will be moderated directly from the stadium of the respective top game and not from a studio.
This wants to “transport all emotions and highlights directly from the edge of the field to the living room of the fans,” said “DAZN” on Wednesday. In addition, the switching between the stadiums should be shorter than with “Sky”, as the streaming service already handles the transfer of the Champions League. After the games, the top game stadium is placed in the other arenas, where reporters collect first voices and impressions.
The previous experts such as world champion Sami Khedira, Sebastian Kneißl and Tobias Schweinsteiger will also be used in addition to a moderator at the Bundesliga conference. Then from around 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. the highlights of all games are shown in a summary. “DAZN” wants to announce further details in the coming weeks.
