There was a stabbing on Bankrasweg in Amstelveen tonight. The victim was taken to hospital with serious stab wounds. The perpetrator is still on the run.
This is reported by a spokesman for the Amsterdam police. The stabbing was reported around 6 p.m. The victim was in such serious condition that an air ambulance was also called. The victim was rushed to hospital.

Search for perpetrator(s)
No suspect has yet been arrested, police said. Several police units and specialists, including a dog handler, are present in the area to search for the perpetrator(s).
