He is young, between 25 and 35 years old, according to the estimate of the Police. He is also large, athletic, and wears glasses, or at least he wore them the afternoon he stabbed a woman whom, according to all indications, he knew nothing about. The National Police and the Civil Guard ask for citizen collaboration to track him down and stop him.
On July 16, 2020, that man entered a portal in Torrevieja (Alicante) and, without saying a word, savagely attacked the cleaning woman who was working there. He beat her, broke her nose and stabbed her in the neck and back. Several neighbors, who heard the woman’s screams, tried to stop him, but could not.
The attack and the escape were recorded by the security cameras of the portal, located on San Pascual street. Some of those images They are the ones that have now been distributed to try to identify the author of the attack. The police investigation ruled out that the motive for the attack was robbery (the aggressor did not take anything) and also that he knew the victim, a 58-year-old woman who worked at the portal.
The police hypothesis is that it was an impulsive attack, the result of a violent person and that it may not be the first to be carried out by that man, who appears in the images with shaved hair, hence the importance of locating and arresting him.
