Spread Group has entered into a new licensing agreement with toy and entertainment company Hasbro.
As part of the agreement, the Leipzig-based e-commerce specialist will take over the European merchandise of 20 Hasbro brands, the Spread Group announced on Wednesday. These include Peppa Pig, Transformers, My little Pony, Power Rangers, Furby, Monopoly and Dungeons & Dragons.
“Choosing your own style offers fans a new aspect of their merch,” said Sven Burscher, Head of Licensing at Spread Group. “Our made-to-order technology impresses Generation Z with its sustainability. The ability to customize items strengthens fans’ loyalty to brands they love. Plus, this can all be done within the brand’s merch guidelines.”
In addition to clothing, the online shop on the Spreadshirt platform, which is part of the group, will also offer accessories and home and living products.
