According to the CAS statement, RFS’s request for a stay of execution of the UEFA Executive Board’s decision while the CAS procedure was still in progress was rejected.
It was informed that the parties did not accept the expedited procedure and the arbitration process continues. It is stated that the CAS decision regarding the request of RFS to stay the execution of the FIFA Council decision will probably be published by the end of this week.
