Casper Ruud and Diego Schwartzman in Buenos Aires final
08:01 am: The final of the tennis tournament in Buenos Aires is between the Norwegian Casper Ruud and the Argentinian Diego Schwartzman, the numbers 1 and 2 of the placement list. Ruud was too strong for home player Federico Delbonis in his semi-final in two sets (6-3 6-3). For the Norwegian it will be his ninth final on the ATP Tour. He took the title seven times, including in 2020 in the Argentine capital.
Schwartzman received a lot of support from the public at the Guillermo Vilascourt but had some trouble with the Italian Lorenzo Sonego, the modest number 220 in the world. Schwartzman won in three sets: 7-5 3-6 6-2. He has four tournament titles to his name. He won the last one last year in Buenos Aires.
Reilly Opelka after record tiebreak to final in Dallas
6.55 am: American tennis player Reilly Opelka reached the final of the Dallas tennis tournament on Saturday at the expense of his compatriot John Isner. The match was decided in a tiebreak that was only decided at 24-22. It marked the longest tiebreak on the ATP Tour, which has existed since 1990. Opelka, who hit 39 aces, won in straight sets: 7-6 (7) 7-6 (22).
The second-placed Opelka took advantage of his eighth game point by passing Isner with his backhand in one of the few rallies in the duel of service guns. It ended a 26-point run straight from serve.
Isner, who hit 21 aces, had ten set points in the second tiebreak, but also missed the opportunity with a 9-8 lead over his own service.
Opelka (24) will face another American, Jenson Brooksby, in the final. That 21-year-old tennis player defeated his compatriot Marcos Giron in three sets: 6-4 6-7 (4) 7-6 (5). Opelka has a chance at his third tournament victory, Brooksby is only in a final for the second time, he lost the first in Newport last year.

No podium place for Dutch drivers in E-Prix
06:51 am: The Dutch drivers failed to take a podium place in the third race of this season in Formula-E. Nyck de Vries, title holder in the electric racing car class (Formula E), finished in sixth place in his Mercedes in Mexico. Robin Frijns finished seventh.
The match was won by Pascal Wehrlein. He was driving a Porsche and had started from pole. De Vries is second in the battle for the championship, behind Edoardo Mortara from Switzerland.
