The driver of the vehicle has not obeyed the order and has continued to circulate, pursued by the police. The van has finished capsizing in john kennedy square.
As a result of the accident, the three occupants of the vehicle have been minor injuries. The driver has been investigated for reckless driving and for refusing to submit to the test of alcohol and drugs.
