Representatives of the Spanish Social Democratic ruling party PSOE started confidential talks in Geneva, Switzerland on Saturday with representatives of the Catalan separatist party Junts. The two sides hope to find a solution to the long-standing conflict between the central government in Madrid and Catalonia.
