Spanish police are investigating a disturbing disappearance of a 40-year-old American. Ana Knezevich disappeared at the beginning of this month from the apartment where she was staying in Madrid, in the chic Salamanca district. There are some bizarre elements to the case that make her disappearance very mysterious and raise fears for the worst. For example, it turned out that someone had spray-painted the cameras at the woman’s apartment building black just around the time of the disappearance. And Ana herself sent very strange messages to friends.
