This winter, the Province of West Flanders and the Leie and Scheldt Urban Landscape will hand out 287 trees to residents of Anzegem, Deerlijk, Kortrijk, Menen and Waregem. Earlier this year, attendees during the ‘Tree Looking for a Garden’ information evenings could order a free climate tree from a list of 15 native species. Today they can finally pick up their order and the tree will get a place in their garden.
