The navies of South Korea, the United States and Japan will conduct joint anti-submarine exercises in international waters off the eastern coast of the Korean peninsula for the first time in five years on Friday. The exercises come a day after North Korea fired two ballistic missiles, shortly after US Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to South Korea.
