The apartment complex Koopmanstaete in Assen is almost finished. This is how it should look like from the Koopmansplein.
The renovation of the south side of shopping center ‘t Forum in Assen started over a year ago and is in its final phase. The delivery has been slightly delayed compared to the original expectation, but the 43 rental apartments on Koopmansplein will be as good as finished in a month. Around 14 February is the first viewing day for potential tenants.
