Son of West Flemish magistrates is given exam questions: Supreme Court of Justice starts disciplinary investigations

The attorney general in Ghent is launching a disciplinary investigation against two West Flemish magistrates and a Ghent attorney general. He used to also work in Bruges. The Advocate General is a member of the High Council of Justice (HRJ) and is said to have passed on the questions for the magistrates’ exam to a candidate, the son of the two West Flemish magistrates. A criminal investigation is also underway against the Advocate General.
