Finnish social star Latex sheath, that is Lauri from Kanga charged with a gambling crime. The time of committing the crime is marked as 1 May 2020–18 May 2021.
It appears from the subpoena application submitted to Iltalehti by the district court of Itä-Uusimaa that Kangas has marketed gambling games implemented by a company other than Veikkaus Oy, contrary to the prohibition laid down in the Lotteries Act. He has also introduced various instant casino games. Kangas has marketed games on social media services such as Twitch, Snapchat and YouTube to the Finnish public.
Screenshots from Kankaa’s social media accounts and account statements have been used as written evidence.
The prosecutor demands that Kangas be sentenced to forfeit to the state 69,313.93 euros as the financial benefit produced by the crime. He is also required to pay a crime victim fee, which is 80 euros.
According to the statement of sanctions, the prosecutor wants Kankaa to receive a conditional prison sentence or a severe fine instead.
The district court will issue its verdict on May 26.
