Maxime Meiland is quite pissed that someone from her environment is leaking to the media. “I really got this in the inner circle and then I get a bit of a weird feeling about it.”
Spoiled 26-year-old Meiland scion Maxime wants to move to an even more expensive home for the umpteenth time. The reality channel Reality FBI revealed that they would have even signed for the new million dollar villa in Noordwijk. According to the real estate agent, the house has already been sold subject to reservation.
Maxime very pissed
What does Maxime think of this news being out in the open? She reacts very pissed off on Radio 538, where some female DJ calls her to get a response. “It’s not quite finished yet. So that has just been completely leaked out again, that I think: how do you get it in your head to call someone about it?”
She continues: “I don’t get it either, because we’ve kept it very private. We think that house is amazing, but of course it is an extremely expensive house, so I’ll have to see if it all works out.”
Leak in inner circle
Maxime states that nothing is certain at the moment. “We have made an offer, but we are now in talks with the bank. It could also be that that will of course be rejected.”
She is incredibly upset that this has ended up in the media. “Also because you kept it in an inner circle, I get a bit of a strange feeling about it: who said that?”
Prize of fame
Shownieuws star Bart Ettekoven thinks it’s bad for Maxime. “There is still so much that needs to be done and then you don’t want it to be on the street in advance, because for the same money someone will come and offer more or whatever. She says: ‘We are very disappointed that there is a leak so close to us’, because she had told so few people.”
Yet Maxime should not complain too much about it, Bart thinks. “It’s kind of the price of fame you’re paying at that moment.”
