Some star Mira Ahola has won the World Championship gold in his own height category in body fitness in Santa Susanna, Spain.
At the same time, Ahola won the competition of all the series, which was held between the first places in different height categories.
– This is fucking incredible. I’ve been hit on a tree. This wasn’t how it was supposed to go. How the hell did I do this, Ahola wondered in the Stories section of her Instagram account.

Ahola said before the race on his Instagram account that the trip to the race could be his last. At the same time, he said that a few days ago he had a cold.
He had put a lot of positive feeling and expectations into the race.
– The body felt like it was stinging. I fell hard and high from that high cloud of mine, when things were no longer going in the usual successful way, as it has always been for a year. My mind sank and the familiar horror scenarios experienced in the spring and the uncertainty of everything filled my head, Ahola wrote.
At the beginning of October, Ahola won the Finnish championship of his own height category at the Nordic Fitness Expo in Lahti.
At the time, he told Iltalehti that he had put everything in order, including his diet, through fitness sports.
Ahola became known from the Temptation Island Suomi program. He already has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram.
– I also don’t fool around like I used to when I was younger, he says with a laugh. I’ve simply been working long-term for years, optimizing everything, he told IL at the beginning of October.
