T.adorn the “States General” of digital women in Rome. On September 17th, it will take place at Industrie Fluviali (Zona Ostiense) the second edition of Social Women Talkthe first national event with a parterre of all-female speakers.

Who run the web? Girls! The subtitle of the event takes up the title of a song with a strongly feminist character by Beyoncé. And indeed the challenge is considerable. The event aims to raise public awareness of the gender gap existing in the digital marketing sector.
To do it, Chiara LandiPhD in Communication, Marketing and Social Research at La Sapienza in Rome, has well thought of creating an annual event that brought together some of the most influential women in the area. And that it could make an active contribution to the national discussion.

In short: it will be a nice way to try to overcome gender stereotypes by talking about Digital Strategy, Podcasting, Personal Branding and Influencer Marketing. The two founders of Social Women Talk Chiara Landi and Noemi Giammusso they explained: “Paradoxically, the gender gap is very inclusive and transversal: it involves not only Italy and tech events, but it is phenomenon still very widespread all over the world and in many work environments, academic, corporate, training, technological and non-technological events.
