The story of the most social labor lawyer begins at the exact moment it was in danger of ending. «It was March 2020, I had opened my employment law firm only three months ago and the lockdown suddenly closed it. In those days of isolation, I made a video on Facebook that simply explained the decrees that regulated working at home, which was practically unknown at the time. Few saw it, but I was struck by the number of very practical questions that those few asked me – from how working hours were managed at home to when the redundancy money would arrive, up to whether or not the right to meal vouchers was made -, so I started posting videos with clear and simple answers».

Since then Sabrina Grazini, 30 years old, labor consultant registered with the Order of Brescia and specialized in start-ups, subsidized hiring and corporate welfareissued a barrage of responses and explanations that reached millions of Italians.

«Despite studying in an economic faculty, the students themselves were quite recalcitrant in becoming interested in the topics of savings and personal finance. After many doors in the face, we met those who believed in our idea of dissemination and today we are reaping the fruits of a major commitment: last October, in Milan, at the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange, we launched the number one edition of the Investment Meeting, the first national financial education event dedicated to Generation Z and Millennials ».

Today Starting Finance also organizes streaming Masterclasses, such as Personal Finance and Finance & Investmentsand has just published the book Instant Finance (Gribaudo), a distillation of economics and finance. «For the future, we aim to consolidate our presence on social media, to make even older adults passionate about economic issues and to build professionalizing Masters».

She is the best-known gynecologist on the web, thanks to videos, reels and stories that are all the rage and through which she builds that sexual disclosure that is still taboo for schools and families. Monica Calcagni, 47 years old, has one million 300 thousand followers on TikTok, 370 thousand on Instagram whose doubts he answers in a clear, simple and direct way. «I am often asked incredibly basic questions: to boys and girls – and often even to adults – the ABC of anatomy and physiology is missing. After all, we parents are part of a generation that did not receive adequate sexual education when it was young and, therefore, now cannot find the right words to talk about the body and sexuality with our daughters and sons. Lately, I’ve discovered that I also have a growing male following, men who want to know the female world to better understand their menopausal partner or teenage daughteror to approach pregnancy.”

The reason for the success of his videos? «They are sincere, direct, spontaneous. And I speak very simply». Doctor Calcagni made her first video four years ago, to tune in to the digital explorations of her then nine-year-old daughter. «She was a lot on a new social network called TikTok, and I wanted to understand the reasons for that spell, so one day I created one too, which had as its theme the size of the uterus and ovaries. “Who do you want to watch it, mom, TikTok is made for fun!”, my daughter discouraged me, and instead the video had an incredible number of views. I haven’t stopped since then.

My goal is not to attract followers: I am a doctor, I work in the office 12 hours a day and I am interested in disseminating medical science and fighting ignorancethe clichés, the false beliefs, which are, in reality, much more widespread than one imagines.”

Last December Calcagni (who is also the author of the manual Women’s things that men should know tooSperling & Kupfer), was among the speakers at the last conference of Italian Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics on the topic of the contraception-web combination. «At the beginning I was highly criticized by colleagues: today even the scientific society has understood that it must also open up to a new type of communication».
