Mid-term conclusion:
The teams say goodbye at half-time. Australia are not undeservedly leading 1-0 against Tunisia. The Socceroos dominated the game and were always dangerous, especially down the left flank. Duke then put the ball ahead in the 23rd minute with the first major scoring opportunity when he headed a deflected cross into the far corner. Tunisia then showed more effort and found the game better. Shortly before the break, Dräger had a great chance to equalize, but Souttar prevented it in dire straits. Seconds before half-time, it was Msakni who put the ball just inches from the opponent’s goal. Tunisia need more to come in the second half to come back from behind.

Both teams go into the duels with a lot of commitment and the necessary toughness. There are a lot of small and nickel fouls in midfield, so the flow of the game is missing at the moment.
