“Today I signed a decree according to which, from Monday, February 28, 2022, the blocking of transport cards for all Muscovites over 60 years old and citizens with chronic diseases is canceled. “, – said the mayor of Moscow on his website.
Sobyanin clarified that in Moscow the number of new cases of the incidence of “omicron” has decreased by more than 3 times. The number of hospitalizations has been halved. Hospitals and clinics are returning to work as planned.
