The success story of the two start-up entrepreneurs Johannes Kliesch and Felix Bauer speaks volumes: The cousins founded Snocks in 2016 while they were students. With starting capital of EUR 4,000, they started selling sneaker socks on Amazon and, with online marketing that was radically performance-focused, managed to achieve annual sales of EUR 32 million within five years. Snocks has been profitable every year since its inception and has grown solely on its own cash flow.
Today, Snocks is a young and strong D2C brand that not only sells socks, but also basic underwear for women and men. The products are sold throughout Europe via Amazon and via the German online shop. Only recently, the founding duo collected a double-digit million euro amount from a venture capitalist in order to continue the growth course.
