Smoked salmon slice for early potatoes

3 boiled eggs chopped

80 g chopped pickles

300-350 g of warm smoked salmon

1 tablespoon french cream (150 g)

2-3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon sugar

a pinch of salt

1 dl chopped dill

+ early potatoes

1. Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes and cool in cold water. Peel and chop.

2. Chop the throat.

3. Remove the skin and bones from the salmon, if any, and cut into small cubes.

4. In a bowl, mix the cream and milk, then add the mustard, sugar and salt.

5. Add dill, fish, egg chips and cucumber to the bowl, stir and simmer until you cook the potatoes.

6. Boil water for the potatoes and add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.

7. Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes and pour off the water.

8. Put kitchen paper between the lid and the potatoes, it will absorb unnecessary moisture. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve with smoked salmon.
