The Italian family group Slowear, which owns the brands Incotex, Zanone, Glanshirt, Montedoro and Officina Slowear, works together with the US shoe brand Sebago.
The collaboration, for which Sebago’s ‘Classic Dan’ model has been reinterpreted, is the “quintessence of longevity” and brings together “two companies with a significant heritage, undisputed style and high craftsmanship,” Slowear announced on Thursday.
Cordovan leather, an extremely hard-wearing horse leather, and grained calfskin were used for the design of the penny loafer. Thanks to its resilience, the ‘Cordova’ variant in particular is the epitome of longevity and a shoe for true connoisseurs, according to the statement.
Both variants of the ‘Classic Dan’ loafers by Slowear and Sebago are available in the Slowear online shop and stores.
