The excitement continues in the EURO 2024 Qualifiers. Slovenia and Kazakhstan faced each other in the Group H match.
The match, in which the team that will participate in the championship was determined, ended with the home team leading 2-1. With this score, Slovenia became the party that got the tournament ticket.
Slovenia’s winning goals came from Benjamin Sesko from the penalty spot in the 41st minute and Benjamin Verbic from the 86th minute. Kazakhstan’s only point was scored by Ramazan Orazov in the 48th minute.
Slovenia finished the group in 2nd place with 22 points. Kazakhstan remained in 4th place with 18 points.
