by Mitchell Hooper the story started spreading around the world a couple of weeks ago.

The 27-year-old Canadian won the World’s Strongest Man title in April. Hooper managed the incredible feat on his second attempt.

Among other things, a British magazine Sun wrote that Hooper was in considerably slimmer shape a few years ago. First, he pursued a career as a bodybuilder, but ended up in the gym and started endurance running.

Hooper ran a marathon best time of 3 hours and 24 minutes. At that time, he already weighed a hundred kilos.

When Hooper got to the University of Sydney, he decided to switch to powerlifting. He won the national championship in powerlifting, after which the final switch to strongman sports took place.

The now 140-kilogram Hooper celebrated the coveted World’s Strongest Man title in South Carolina’s Myrtle Beach. At the same time, he became the first Canadian to win that competition.

This year, the first place in the Arnold Strongman Classic competition also entered the trophy case.

Hooper’s popularity has grown. He decided to entertain his Instagram followers with an amusing video.

Top bodybuilder in the video Flex Lewis runs towards Hooper, who lifts the bundle of muscle into straight arms. If the video below does not appear, you can watch it from this link.

Visibility was guaranteed, as Lewis has more than 2.2 million followers on Instagram. He is a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner in the 96-kilogram category.
