Skeleton discovered in 14th century lead coffin in Bruges
With due caution, an expert cut open the box. Inside was a skeleton that has been well preserved, it turns out.

The lead coffin is an exceptional find in Bruges. Who is involved is under further investigation. Although it would not be a religious figure. It is probably an important person from a powerful family.
