Six thousand participants defy heat during Night of Flanders Torhout

Thanks to extra precautions by the organization, just under five thousand participants made it to the finish in Torhout. The tour started on Friday evening at 7 pm, barely 12.30 pm later the first participants arrived.

Parkili has been chosen as a charity this year. The non-profit organization aims to improve the well-being of people with Parkinson’s disease and their environment. They do this by, among other things, getting them moving and setting up awareness-raising campaigns. Some members of Parkili were also at the start.
