Nicolas Ullens (58), who shot his stepmother Mimi Ullens (70) at the end of March, is released with an ankle bracelet. This was decided on appeal by the Indictment Chamber and was confirmed to HLN. “In our opinion, the risk of withdrawal and recidivism was non-existent, at least sufficiently limited provided an ankle monitor was fitted,” said his lawyer Dimitri de Béco.
