Rap artist Sini Sabotage tells about his UMK experience in a recent episode of the Cheers to the Ugly Me podcast. Finland’s visa representative was elected Windows95 man, and Sabotage’s votes in the competition were scarce. He finished last in the race. In the episode, Sabotage now directly opens up what kind of experience UMK was.
– I have to admit that I’m really scared to talk about this, Sini Sabotage is moved to tears.
– This was a traumatic experience for me. That’s why it’s hard to break this down. I’m inspired to make myself happy and I won’t let this horror affect me for too long. I just want to continue my life now!
He thanks for the beautiful messages he received.
– A couple of days before the final, it became traumatic for me. All the bad feelings started to come through and I started to see myself as a big loser. Self loathing overwhelmed me. I was proud that I was able to pull off the show – until I’m not, Sini Sabotage describes.
He does not elaborate in the episode what was this traumatic experience that brought down the mood.
The host couple Sergey Hillman snaps at his friend and states that support is available for whatever Sabotage wants to do in the future.
