Legalize cannabis in Germany? Lauterbach says so

In the podcast, Karl Lauterbach talks about the implementation of cannabis legalization in Germany. He says: “There will be social clubs where cannabis can be bought with a cap. Under 18 nothing works. For 18 to 21 year olds, the THC content is capped at 10 percent.”

After that, the following should apply: “50 grams per month. 25 grams per purchase.” That is important because: “The black market is trying to make people dependent on even worse drugs.” In the social clubs, sales and consumption are regulated: “The material will be cheaper and you have a quality that that you can rely on.” Medical consumption and purchases in pharmacies should remain untouched as they currently are.
