Brazen robbery at the best shopping time of the weekend! On Saturday, unknown people smashed showcases in a Reinickendorf shopping center and took loot. Five people were injured.
2.45 p.m., “Der Clou” shopping center on Kurt-Schumacher-Platz: Three hitherto unknown storm into a local jeweler. They are armed with hammers and pound on the glass showcases. grabbing for prey. Then they flee and spray tear gas. A total of five passers-by were injured and complained of respiratory irritation.
The robbers ran out of the building and fled on foot in an unknown direction. Whether they then jump into a car or are even expected by an accomplice – it is still unclear and is currently the subject of the investigation.
The Berlin police have not yet been able to provide any information on the amount of the loot. According to a spokeswoman, there were initially no personal descriptions or indications of linguistic accents of the three men.
The coup is reminiscent of the actions of criminal clans. The police are still at the very beginning of their investigation.
