The 39-year-old woman from Eindhoven who was shot in Gouda on Tuesday afternoon would be in hiding with her children in a stay-of-my-body house. The suspect, her 53-year-old ex-husband, posted alarming messages on his Facebook page in the run-up to this shooting. De Telegraaf reports this.
The 39-year-old woman did not survive Tuesday’s shooting. The 53-year-old man died that same evening, the police suspect that he himself ended his life.
‘Stay-of-my-body house’
The suspect posted various messages on his Facebook page in recent weeks. This went among his son and daughter, among other things, whom he had with the victim.
In a message that he posted on his Facebook page on July 5, it says that his ex-lover ‘will kill any contact with his children’ and that she is ‘probably in a stay-of-my-body house’. The Eindhoven resident also reports that he has been ‘wrongly’ for three weeks because of her.
The man also wrote: “Save your marriage if you really love your children.”
Already in 2016 the Eindhovenaar posted a photo online of a gun with two bullets, with the text “Your only real getting married friend!”.
A big alarm was immediately raised after the shooting:
The couple would have been together for nine years. On Tuesday, their lives came to an end. The woman was found seriously injured. She was shot on the street and could not be helped anymore. Sources let the newspaper know that she had ringed the bell several times and that she had also called in the police. The police could not confirm this.
