Bottleneck profession: maintenance technician
In Bij De Zaak we are going out this week with Arnaud and Thomas. Arnaud is a supervisor and Thomas is a maintenance technician, both in the elevator sector. We follow them during an elevator maintenance. Maintenance technician is a bottleneck profession, but according to Thomas and Arnaud, undervalued.
